The course

Set in the shadow of the iconic Blackpool Tower, the route takes participants 2.5 kilometres along the Lower Promenade, bringing them back along the Upper Promenade to the Festival Headland. An amazing atmosphere in a fabulous location.

The start line next to the Comedy Carpet on the Festival Headland.

On the day

Don’t forget to bring your family and friends along to support you. They can stroll around the stalls, which will include face painting and other activities.

Parking and travel information

Please arrive at least an hour before the start of your Race for Life event to avoid queuing.

Please note there is no official event parking for this event. Please use public transport or make use of the designated drop off area and local town centre car parks.
