Please note that the event is in the morning. If you have been entered into an afternoon timeslot, please turn up and come to the enquiries tent either on the morning of Sun 31 May between 10-11 or the afternoon of Sat 30 May between 2-4pm. Race for Life Pretty Muddy is our brilliant 5k muddy obstacle course where you can show cancer that hell hath no fury like a woman in pink. You must be over 13 years old to take part in this event.

Bring a change of clothes for after your event and a towel to wipe off the worst of the mud; remember there are no showers or lockers at Pretty Muddy events, but there will be a bag drop area.

The course

The Pretty Muddy Reading route offers a fantastic flat course around the venue of Reading Festival. Taking in the picturesque River Thames and surrounding farmland as well as our fantastic obstacles, this is a wonderful course on a mixture of grass, country paths and tarmac.

Meeting point

The meeting point is right alongside the river.

On the day

Don’t forget to bring your friends and family along to support you. They can stroll around the stalls we’ll have, including face painting, merchandise, healthy food and sweet treats before cheering you on.
