It is crammed full of great ideas and we have pulled out a few of our favourites to get you started:

• Fancy dress days – pick a theme and get your colleagues to make a donation to dress in a costume for the day.
• Bake sale – get friends and colleagues to bake their favourite cakes and biscuits and bring them to work in exchange for a donation.
• Karaoke – organise a karaoke night and encourage your friends and family to sing their hearts out.
• Quiz night – hold a quiz night for colleagues, friends and family and find out which one of you is a superstar.

If you are a group leader who created a group, make sure you set up an online fundraising page for your group – it's the easiest way to raise money.

If you're part of a group, ask your group leader for the link to your group's online fundraising page and then share a link to it on Facebook, Twitter and by email so that everyone you know can sponsor you.
