    How far is 5k?

Most of our Race for Life events are 5k (or just over three miles), which is an achievable distance for all women.

You'd be surprised how easily you can cover the distance. It's not that much further than when you walk your dog, go sightseeing on holiday or on a shopping trip.

  • How far is 10k?

Why not double the distance and take on the 10k challenge. Anyone can do 10k with a bit of training - find out how far 10k is.
