1. How can I enter Race for Life?
To enter online, go to Choose your event to find Race for Life events near you. You can also enter over the phone by calling 0871 641 1111 or by visiting a Cancer Research UK shop. Shop entry is open from the end of February to the end of June 2012.
2. How much does it cost to enter Race for Life in 2012?
Adult entry is £14.99 and under 16s can enter for £10.
3. Can I enter my friend for Race for Life?
If you are 18 or over then you can enter and pay for your friends to enter Race for Life. You can decide if you want to form a group and fundraise together, or just enter your friends but fundraise separately.
4. Can I enter on the day?
Unfortunately you cannot enter on the day. For health and safety reasons we need to make sure that our events do not exceed their venue capacity. Our Event Managers need to know prior to the event exact entry numbers so that all health and safety, traffic management, parking and welfare facilities are adequate for the size of the event. It also keeps our administrative costs down and we can ensure that we have enough water and medals for our participants. We recommend that you enter as soon as possible before the event so that you can secure your place and start your fundraising.
