1. When can I buy early bird vouchers for Race for Life 2014?
2014 early bird vouchers will be available for each individual event within 5 working days of the event taking place. Please visit your event page for more information.
2. What are Pre-pay Vouchers?
Pre-pay is a system which allows people to buy a voucher code to redeem against their Race for Life entry when full entry opens in January. Race for Life traditionally offers a discount entry price against next year’s Race for Life series after the current series closes (commonly referred to as the ‘early bird’ offer).
3. When will I be able to register at an event?
Whilst we cannot guarantee the availability of places at any particular Race for Life event, in January 2014 we will be contacting all the people who bought prepay vouchers to inform them of the first day of registration.
4. What if I purchase a prepay voucher and the event I want to participate at is full?
We will be contacting people who bought the vouchers in January to ensure you are among the first to register at your events. If your event is full we would encourage you to look at other events within your local area as there are hundreds of Race for Life events all across the UK!
5. Can I get a refund?
If you are unable to enter an event in your local area you will be able to request a refund, however you will need to wait until the end of the series (due to Twilight). Please make a note to contact us after our last event.
6. Why do I have to wait until July for a refund of my prepaid voucher?
You can redeem your voucher at any time from January to the end of the Race season by booking your place in one of the many Race for Life events across the UK. If you do not enter into an event within those months, we will gladly refund your money back to you. There is plenty of time to enter into a Race for Life event, which is why we do not refund vouchers until the end of the season. We apologise for this inconvenience.
7. How can I find out my voucher number?
An email will be sent to your email account immediately after you purchased the voucher; with an allocated number. If you cannot locate this email, please call our Race for Life hotline on 0845 600 6050 and one of our team will be able to help you.
