1. What are Prepay Vouchers?
Prepay is a system which allows people who have bought vouchers to be the first to know when Race for Life 2012 is open for entry. If you have bought a Prepay voucher you can use your prepay code during the entry form.
2. When will I be able to register at an event?
Whilst we cannot guarantee the availability of places at any particular Race for Life event, we will be contacting all the people who bought Prepay vouchers in January 2012 to let them know we are open for entry.
3. What if I purchase a prepay voucher and the event I want to participate at is full?
We will be emailing people who bought the vouchers to ensure you are among the first to register at your events. If your event is full we would encourage you to look at other events within your local area as there are over 200 Race for Life events all across the UK!
4. Can I get a refund?
If you are unable to enter an event in your local area you will be able to request a refund, however you will need to wait until July. Please make a note to contact us in July.
5. Why do I have to wait until July for a refund of my prepaid voucher?
You can redeem your voucher at any time from January to September by booking your place in one of over 200 Race for Life events across the UK. If you do not enter into an event within those 6 months, we will gladly refund your money back to you. There is plenty of time to enter into a Race for Life event, which is why we do not refund vouchers until July. We apologise for this inconvenience.
6. How can I find out my voucher number?
An email should have been sent to your email account immediately after you purchased the voucher, with an allocated number. If you cannot locate this email, please call our Race for Life hotline on 0871 641 1111 and one of our team will be able to help you.
