1. What is in the individual Race for Life Event Pack?
In 2012 there will be two different Race for Life Race Packs – one for adults and one for children under the age of 16.
The adult pack will include:
- a letter confirming your event information
- posters to help your fundraising
- sponsorship form
- back sign
- running number
The child pack will include:
- a letter confirming your event information
- games and posters to help your fundraising
- sponsorship form
- back sign
- running number
2. When will my Race for Life pack arrive?
You will receive your Race Pack within four weeks of events. If you have ordered merchandise at the same time as you entered, you will receive this along with your Race Pack (within 4 weeks of your event).
For those individuals who enter in the week before their event, we will get your Race Pack and any merchandise you may have ordered to you as soon as possible. If it doesn’t arrive in time, please don’t worry, just take your reference number to the Administration Marquee on the day and they will issue you with a running number and back sign.
Also, if you do not receive your pack before the event you don’t have to wait to start fundraising. You can simply visit our fundraising pages and download one of our sponsorship forms or create an online fundraising page.
3. What happens if I enter only a few days before my event? Will I get my pack in time?
Due to the timing of your entry, we will do our best to post your pack to you so it arrives in time for your event. If it doesn’t, don’t worry, you can still take part. Just arrive early on the day taking note of your reference number and make your way to the Administration Marquee, and they will issue you with a pack; including a number and back sign.

4. Why isn’t there a course map in the Race for Life Event Pack?
We don’t include a course map within your Race for Life Event Pack, as we want to make sure we are providing you with the most up-to-date information. Our courses have been known to change and incur amendments throughout the year, so this information would more than likely change prior to the actual race. Course maps will be available to view on the day in the Enquiries marquee.
