Fife Pretty Muddy Kids
Sunday 14 Jun 2020
£10.00 Children | £0.00 Supervising Adult
Race for Life Pretty Muddy Kids is our brilliant muddy obstacle course just for the little ones. They can take on the obstacles, crawl through the mud pit and have fun with friends, all the while helping raise valuable funds for life-saving research.
Please note, all children taking part must be at least 1.2m tall on day of event.
The meeting point and start line is within Beveridge Park, beside Kirkcaldy Rugby Football Club. The nearest entrance of the park to the start line is on Abbotshall Road.
There is no parking available at this event. The start line is approximately a 20 minute walk from Kirkcaldy city centre and 15 minutes from Kirkcaldy train station. There are a number of bus services that stop just a short walk from Beveridge Park. Please use the Traveline Scotland website to plan your journey.
The Fife course meanders through the woodlands of Beveridge Park, passing by the boating lake and the sweet-smelling Rose Garden. The course is mainly run on paths and grass, but can be steep at times. There are lots of fun and muddy obstacles along the way to get you ‘pretty muddy’.
All of our Pretty Muddy Kids events are approximately 5km. Adults accompanying children will run alongside the course but will not be allowed to take part on the obstacles.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the obstacles in this event, it is unsuitable for wheelchair users.
Don’t forget to bring your friends and family along to support you. The course is completely open to spectators so there are lots of opportunity to see you in action on the obstacles, within walking distance from the start and finish lines.
