Course information
The course runs aound the paths around Cannon Hill Park taking in the lake, the MAC building and the surrounding sports fields.
Meeting point
The event site is in the large grassed area in front of the lake.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, we’ll be operating a staggered start time in 2021 to ensure your safety on event day. Additional start times may become available as/when needed.
Free car parking is available at Edgbaston Stadium (B5 7QU). Parking is also available at Cannon Hill Park, however normal parking charges will apply.
The event site is located opposite the boating lake in Cannon Hill park. Pedestrain signs in place to direct participants to the venue from Edgbaston Stadium. Please make sure you use all pedestrain crossing points.
The main event site is on grass and poor wetaher may affect suitability for disabled access. There is main park path that runs around the main event site.

A section of the course runs on grass fields that in poor weather may be unsuitable for wheelchair users. Our recomendation is this event is accessible for wheelchair users with assistance.
Supporter / spectator access
Inviting your friends and family to support you on the day is a great idea, they can share in the joy with you as you cross the finish line and ring the bell. They can also help you with those important things, like holding your belongings whilst you walk, jog or run round the course!
Please note, whilst we hope we can open our events to families and friends supporting on the day, this may not be possible due to government guidelines around COVID-19. We will update on this nearer the time.
