The Cheltenham 3K route starts infront of the Grandstand where it runs along the perimeter of Cheltenham’s famous racecourse, crossing the racecourse and looping through the interior before recrossing the racecourse and returning to the event site to the finish.
The route goes along a combination of grass, woodchip, and paved paths.
A picturesque venue in the heart of the Cotswolds and a perfect place to take part in Race for Life.

The start line is located infront of the Grandstand buildings.

Free Parking is available at the Racecourse, please follow steward direction and access to the start line is through Gate 21.
The nearest train station is Cheltenham and is about an hour's walk away.

This course is mainly on the paths of the Cheltenham Racecourse track and is suitable for wheelchair users with assistance. However, the terrain may become boggy in poor weather conditions so shortcuts within the course may be taken that day if the grounds are unsuitable.
There are blue badge holder parking spaces close to Gate 21 (approx. 90 metres from the event site). The start and finish area is on hardstanding, as is the route from the blue badge parking area.
