£10.00 Children | £0.00 Supervising Adult
Race for Life Pretty Muddy Kids is our brilliant muddy obstacle course just for the little ones. They can take on the obstacles, crawl through the mud pit and have fun with friends, all the while helping raise valuable funds for life-saving research.
Please note, all children taking part must be at least 1.2m tall on day of event.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, we’ll be operating a staggered start time in 2021 to ensure your safety on event day. Additional start times may become available as/when needed.
The meeting point is on Costello Playing Fields.
Parking is available at Pickering Park, Pickering Road, Hull, HU4 7AB. There is a short walk from the car park to the main event site, so we advise arriving at least 1 hour before the event start time to allow plenty of time and to enjoy the facilities on offer
The Hull Pretty Muddy Kids 5km route is a single lap, flat, mainly grass route around Costello park and athletics stadium with all the fun obstacles to enjoy!
All of our Pretty Muddy Kids events are approximately 5km. Adults accompanying children will run alongside the course but will not be allowed to take part on the obstacles.
The course is flat an mostly on grass however the event is unsuitable for wheelchairs, mobility aids and pushchairs due to the nature of the obstacles. The car park and event site are on grass, those with accessibility issues may require assistance. Please be aware that in wet weather ground conditions on the grassed areas can deteriorate quickly.
Inviting your friends and family to support you on the day is a great idea, they can share in the joy with you as you cross the finish line and ring the bell. They can also help you with those important things, like holding your belongings whilst you walk, jog or run round the course!
Please note, whilst we hope we can open our events to families and friends supporting on the day, this may not be possible due to government guidelines around COVID-19. We will update on this nearer the time.
