Course information
The Epsom 5K course is a single lap course predominantly on grass and sand paths, with a small section on tarmac. The course has a few hills along the way. It takes place on the iconic Downs and is a lovely route.
Please arrive 30 to 45 minutes before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time.
Meeting point
The meeting point is on the Downs inside the race track, by the hut car park at the bottom of Old London Road - please do not use the main Racecourse entrance. Please follow signage and directions from stewards to the event area.

Please remember to bring your own water bottle already filled as there will be no bottled water provided at events. ScottishPower water refill stations will be available to use.
There is plenty of free parking available in the Hut Car Park - please follow signs and stewards on the day.
The nearest station is Tattenham Corner, a 10 minute walk away. This station is accessible.

Unfortunately due to the hills and terrain of the downs, this course is not suitable for wheelchair users.

We are delighted to welcome spectators to Race for Life so please do bring your family and friends along to cheer you on and support you on the day.
Please bring a filled water bottle with you to your event as we're proactively managing our impact on the environment. We will be removing single use plastic bottles.
