Course information
The Llanelli route further explores the Millennium Coastal Path with stunning views of the Welsh coastline. A fantastic atmosphere and long flat course mainly on paved ground makes for an unforgettable event for participants and supporters alike.
Meeting point
The start line is in Festival Fields. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, we’ll be operating a staggered start time in 2021 to ensure your safety on event day. Additional start times may become available as/when needed.
Car parking is available at this venue. Please follow stewards and signage on the day.

The event site is on grass, but is surrounded by tarmac. The course is on hardstanding with a steep slope. This course is accessible for wheelchair users with assistance. Marshals will be on hand to assist, if needed.
Supporter / spectator access
Inviting your friends and family to support you on the day is a great idea, they can share in the joy with you as you cross the finish line and ring the bell. They can also help you with those important things, like holding your belongings whilst you walk, jog or run round the course!
Please note, whilst we hope we can open our events to families and friends supporting on the day, this may not be possible due to government guidelines around COVID-19. We will update on this nearer the time.
