Course information

The Basildon route starts and finishes on the football pitches behind Basildon Sporting Village and is fully contained within Gloucester Park. The route is on grass and paths and is mostly flat with a few hilly sections.

Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time.

There will not be any water refill stations along the course so if you require water during the event, please remember to bring your own reusable water bottle already filled up. You will be able to refill this at the refill station when you finish.

It’s a good idea to check the weather before your event and dress accordingly. Think breathable sports gear (leggings and shorts are ideal) and well-fitting trainers. For Pretty Muddy, wear something you don’t mind getting dirty.
