Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, we’ll be operating a staggered start time in 2021 to ensure your safety on event day. Additional start times may become available as and when needed.
The start line is on the football pitches behind the Sporting Village. Please listen out for your group start time to be called to the stage.
In 2021 we will be providing some car parking at Gloucester Park, to reduce congestion in the local area. This is limited but Gloucester Park is a short walk from the Town Centre so the Town Centre car parks are also an option. We ask that participants refrain from parking in the Retail Park please to avoid congestion in this area.
The Basildon Pretty Muddy Kids route starts and finishes on the football pitches behind Basildon Sporting Village and is fully contained within Gloucester Park. The terrain is a mix of grass and paths and is mostly flat with a few hilly sections. Adults accompanying children will run alongside the course but will not be allowed to take part on the obstacles.
Due to the nature of this event, it is not suitable for wheelchairs.
