The Kingston and Kempton Park 3K course is a single lap on tarmac and is flat throughout, beginning inside the racetrack and following the inner path of the racecourse grounds. Small sections of the course travel over the racetrack itself resulting in slightly uneven ground around this area.
Please arrive 30 to 45mins before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time.
There will not be any water refill stations along the course so if you require water during the event, please remember to bring your own reusable water bottle already filled up. You will be able to refill this at the refill station when you finish.
The meeting point is in the centre of the racecourse, please follow signs and take direction from stewards on arrival. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, we will be operating a staggered start time in 2021 to ensure your safety on event day. Additional start times may become available as or when needed.
If using what3words, enter ///mute.fits.detail in the free app, to find the exact starting point.
The nearest train station is Kempton Park Railway Station which exits into the car park within the racecourse grounds.
Kempton Park is partially accessible to wheelchair users. There is level access to platform 2 (for trains to Shepperton). Passengers for Kingston and London Waterloo are advised to use Hampton station which is 2.4 miles from the racecourse.
There is plenty of free parking available.
This event is wheelchair accessible with assistance. The majority of the course is on hardstanding ground, but there are sections of the course that cross over the racetrack, making the ground slightly uneven at this point and small sections near the start/finish that travel on grass. People with visual impairments are welcome to take part with a guide. There will be an accessible toilet onsite.
