The route starts on the rugby field of Newbridge Fields, behind Halo Leisure. The route runs over the bridge of the Ogmore River throughout the cricket field and neighbouring countryside fields before returning back to the finish line on the rugby field.
Please arrive 15 to 20minis before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time

The start line is on the rugby pitch in Newbridge Fields.

Please utilise public transport where you can. There is no specific event parking but there may be limited spaces available in the recreation centre. Alternitvely please use town centre car parks.
The bus station is a 10 minute walk from the venue and buses run at various times on a Sunday morning. Please go to firstgroup.com for timetables.
The train station is a 15 minute walk away.
Please be aware that there is no parking at Bridgend Bowling Club as this is a COVID-19 testing centre.
This course is predominently on grass with a steep incline at the beginning and end of the course for the bridge over the River Ogmore. This course is wheelchair accessible with assistance but can become boggy and uneven in poor weather conditions.
