Norwich Pretty Muddy Kids
Sunday 17 Oct 2021
£10.00 Children | £0.00 Supervising Adult
Race for Life Pretty Muddy Kids is our brilliant muddy obstacle course just for the little ones. They can take on the obstacles, crawl through the mud pit and have fun with friends, all the while helping raise valuable funds for life-saving research.
Please note, all children taking part must be at least 1.2m tall on day of event.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, we’ll be operating a staggered start time in 2021 to ensure your safety on event day. Additional start times may become available as and when needed.
To find the meeting point, enter the Showground through the main event entrance and look straight ahead and slightly to the right; you should clearly see the main event area with our marquees, flags and gantry. Please listen out for your group start time to be called to the stage for your energiser.
There is free car parking at the Showground, please follow event signs and directions from the stewards. All parking is on grass and a 5 minute walk from the main event area.
The Norwich Pretty Muddy Kids route is a 5k course on a mixture of grass and paths, winding its way around all areas of the showground. It is fairly flat, though does pass through a tree lined area. There are several cheering points along the way providing a fantastic atmosphere.
Adults should run/walk alongside the children on the course but will not be allowed to take part on the obstacles.
The nature of the obstacles means this event is not suitable for wheelchair users.
Inviting your friends and family to support you on the day is a great idea, they can share in the joy with you as you cross the finish line and ring the bell. They can also help you with those important things, like holding your belongings whilst you walk, jog or run around the course!
Please note, whilst we hope we can open our events to families and friends supporting on the day, this may not be possible due to government guidelines around COVID-19. We will update on this nearer the time.
