Course information

This single-lap 10k course winds its way through the scenic Priory Country Park, taking in beautiful scenes of natural spaces, the River Great Ouse and Priory Lake along the way. It is a mostly flat course with a mixture of pathways and cross-country terrain.

Please bring a reusable water bottle if you require water during the event, as there will only be water available at approximately 5km and at the finish.

Meeting point

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, we’ll be operating a staggered start time in 2021 to ensure your safety on event day. Additional start times may become available as/when needed.

The event starts and finishes in the field near Cloverdale Retreat, next to Priory Lake.

Please check back nearer the time for information on travel and parking.

Parking

Unfortunately this event is not deemed suitable for wheelchair users due to the cross-country terrain of Priory Country Park, particularly the 10k section alongside the River Great Ouse. The course is mostly on grass and this can become boggy when there is poor weather.

Should any spectators require blue badge parking, this will be in the overflow car park of Priory Country Park. Please be aware that the start/finish area is also on grass.

Supporter / spectator access

Inviting your friends and family to support you on the day is a great idea, they can share in the joy with you as you cross the finish line and ring the bell.  They can also help you with those important things, like holding your belongings whilst you walk, jog or run around the course!

Please note, whilst we hope we can open our events to families and friends supporting on the day, this may not be possible due to government guidelines around COVID-19. We will update on this nearer the time.
