Course information

The Regent's Park Race for Life 5k is a single lap course, starting and finishing on The Broad Walk. The course travels around the main carriageways of Regent's Park passing the Boating Lake, the ZSL London Zoo and the Ready Money Drinking fountain. The route is all on pathways.

Please arrive 30 to 45 mins before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time

Meeting point

The meeting point is the grass area beside The Broad Walk in Regent's Park, just off Chester Road and close to The Espresso Bar.

There is no car parking available at this event. Participants are advised to use public transport.

The closest Underground station is Regent's Park Station on the Bakerloo line. The event site is around a 10 min walk from the station. When you come out of the station, turn right along Marylebone Road. At the first set of traffic lights, turn left and cross Marylebone Road. Enter through the black gates and walk along Park Square East until you get to Regent's Park Entrance at the junction of Outer Circle and Park Square East. Enter the park and follow the internal path straight up to Chester Road.

The nearest accessible tube stations are Euston Station or Bond Street Station, both of which are 1.3 miles from the event site. 

There are also numerous bus stops in the vicinity.

This course is wheelchair accessible with assistance. The event site is located on grass, however this can be avoided as the start line is located on tarmac. Wheelchair users can remain on the path throughout.  

People with visual impairments are welcome to take part with a guide.

We are delighted to welcome spectators to Race for Life so please do bring your family and friends along to cheer you on and support you on the day.

Please bring a filled water bottle with you to your event as we're proactively managing our impact on the environment. We will be removing single-use plastic bottles.
