The Herne Bay route is mainly on sea wall paths and roads and is mostly flat, but does include some steep inclines/declines along the road. The route shows off the spectacular views along Herne Bay seafront.

Please arrive 30 to 45mins before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time.

The start line and finish area is within Hampton Pier Recreation Ground.

There is no specific parking for this event.

There will be road closures affecting Hampton Pier Avenue, Western Esplanade, Chamberlain Drive, West Cliff Drive and Swalecliffe Avenue from 9:30am-12:30pm. Please bear this in mind when planning your route and parking.

This event has some steep inclines and declines on the route therefore is not suitable for wheelchair users.
