Course information
The Barnstaple route follows the completely flat and scenic Tarka Trail paths through central Barnstaple and then heads along the side of the River Taw, returning via the same route. The terrain is mostly paved pathways with some small grass sections.
Meeting point
The start line is adjacent to the Tarka Tennis Centre. Please arrive 1 hour before the start time of your race.
Car parking is available adjacent to the event area.
The nearest train station is Barnstaple Station, which is roughly a 15 minute walk away from the venue, or a quick taxi ride.
The venue is a short 10 minute walk from the town centre and various bus stations.
