Swansea Pretty Muddy Kids
Saturday 2 Oct 2021
£0.00 Supervising Adult | £10.00 Children
Race for Life Pretty Muddy Kids is our brilliant muddy obstacle course just for the little ones. They can take on the obstacles, crawl through the mud pit and have fun with friends, all the while helping raise valuable funds for life-saving research.
Please note, all children taking part must be at least 1.2m tall on day of event.
The start line is near the top end of the park, next to Swansea Botanical Gardens. Directions will be sigposted from the entrance. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, we’ll be operating a staggered start time in 2021 to ensure your safety on event day. Additional start times may become available as/when needed. Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your start time.
We do not provide parking at this event. Please park in the Recreation Ground Car Park and the surrounding area.
The Pretty Muddy Swansea route takes you on a scenic route through the popular Singleton Park. The route has a mixed terrain, scattered with obstacles, creating an exciting, adrenaline-fuelled and action packed event with a brilliant atmosphere.
All of our Pretty Muddy Kids events are approximately 5km.
Obstacle layout will vary from venue to venue. Adults accompanying children will run alongside the course but will not be allowed to take part on the obstacles.
Whist this course is not accessible for wheelchair users given the nature of the obstacles, the event site is accessible. There are blue badge holder parking spaces available next to the botanical gardens, and the main event site has tarmac running adjacent to the finish line in case the grass is affected by wet weather.
If you require any further information on the accessibility of a Race for Life event, or wish to bring a carer/helper to accompany you, please contact our Supporter Hotline on 0300 123 0770 and press 1 when prompted (Opening hours are 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday) or email us at email@example.com
Please note, whilst we hope we can open our events to families and friends supporting on the day, this may not be possible due to government guidelines around COVID-19. We will update on this nearer the time.
We will be giving away bottled water at the finish line. But due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic and our plans to reduce single use plastics at our events we encourage participants to bring their own water or hydration fluids on the day.
