Course information

The Aberystwyth route initially makes its way along the promenade from end to end and really captures the beauty of the Aberystwyth coastline. Breaking off from the coastal path and running alongside the River Rheidol, this route is a scenic trip through Aberystwyth. A lovely flat route on paved ground with an amazing atmosphere and plenty of spectator points for cheering friends and family.

Supporter / spectator access

Inviting your friends and family to support you on the day is a great idea, they can share in the joy with you as you cross the finish line and ring the bell.  They can also help you with those important things, like holding your belongings whilst you walk, jog or run round the course!

Please note, whilst we hope we can open our events to families and friends supporting on the day, this may not be possible due to government guidelines around COVID-19. We will update on this nearer the time.
