Race for Life Pretty Muddy Kids is our brilliant muddy obstacle course just for the little ones. They can take on the obstacles, crawl through the mud pit and have fun with friends, all the while helping raise valuable funds for life-saving research.
Please note, all children taking part must be at least 1.2m tall on day of event.

There is no parking at the event on The Common. Please use public transport where possible or city centre car parks.
Southampton Central train station is a 30 minute walk away or St Denys train station is a 25 minute walk away.

The Southampton Pretty Muddy Kids route starts on the main area of The Common, opposite the playground and takes you along the tree lined paths of The Common. The surface is flat and on tarmac throughout so you can enjoy the fantastic obstacles without worrying about any hills.
The Pretty Muddy Kids route is the same as the Pretty Muddy adults event. A parent or guardian are required to take part with children for Pretty Muddy Kids and stay with them throughout the course where possible. 1 adult can take part with up to 3 children. Adults must run alongside children, but not go on the obstacles themselves. Accompanying adults are required to wear the same running number as their children for safety reasons.
Please arrive 15 to 20mins before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time.
