The Bristol route mostly follows the perimeter of The Downs, is a fairly flat course with a mixed terrain, which takes in amazing views of the Gorge and Suspension Bridge. There are lots of cheering points along the way and the whole event has a fantastic atmosphere.
Please arrive 15 to 20minis before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time

The start line is on The Downs opposite the water tower just off Stoke Road and Ladies Mile.

Parking on The Downs is not permitted. If you arrive early you may find spaces on the surrounding roads but be aware that road closures are in place on Stoke Road, & Ladies Mile. Stewards will be there on the day to direct you. Please note there is limited disabled parking on Stoke Road.
Please utilise public transport: Clifton train station is a 10 minute walk from the venue which links to the main train station Temple Meads. Buses run up to The Downs from the town centre. Please go to firstgroup.com for timetables.
The majority of the route is on grass on The Downs, with a slight incline from the Sea Wall up to Stoke Road making the route wheelchair accessible with assistance.
