Course information

The Folkestone route boasts beautiful sea views along the Leas, down zig zag path and onto the sea wall towards Sandgate. After turning at Sandgate, it finishes with an incline back up onto the Leas to challenge you. With local supporters cheering you on, you are sure to have a great experience.

Meeting point

The start line is opposite The Grand Hotel on The Leas. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, we’ll  be operating a staggered start time in 2021 to ensure your safety on event day. Additional start times may become available as/when needed.

There is no specific parking for this event. Please use public transport where possible.

There are road closures in place for this event affecting Cliff Road, Dixwell Road, Metropole Road West and Metropole Road East and The Leas.

This event is not suitable for wheelchair users due to the steep incline and decline from the Leas down to the seafront wall on the 10k route.
