The Folkestone route boasts beautiful sea views along the Leas, down zig zag path and onto the sea wall towards Sandgate. After turning at Sandgate, it finishes with an incline back up onto the Leas to challenge you.  If government guidelines at the time permit spectators to attend, this course offers great opportunities as there are plenty of viewing locations along the route.

Please arrive 30 to 45 mins before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time
