This event is a single lap 3k course. Our event offers a flat lap of The Stray. The terrain is a mixture of grass and paths and is suitable for all levels of fitness and experience however please be mindful the majority of the course is on grass in the event of boggy weather.
The meeting point/start line is within one of the open fields on The Stray; near where Oatland Drive meets Slingsby Walk. This is clearly visible when approaching the Stray from any direction.

We recommend the course is wheelchair accesible but with assistance. Please be mindful that although this course is flat, over 50% is on grass with no path alternative so assistance may be required, especially weather dependant. This also includes the same for pushchairs, the route is mainly flat with a small incline over a bridge, therefore please do consider this, espeically in boggy weather.
