Course information

Please remember to bring your own water bottle already filled as there will be no bottled water provided at events. ScottishPower water refill stations will be available to use.

The Wakefield Pretty Muddy 5K course is a single lap route mostly on grass. The route starts and finishes in the Thornes Park playing fields and then goes around the field next to the skatepark, next it goes into the rugby field, down to the aviary and then back uphill to the former college site. From the former college site, the route crosses the top of the hill on grass and comes down a steep hill on grass, before heading around the amphitheatre. The route is undulating in parts and includes inclines and declines

Pretty Muddy obstacles are designed to be suitable for all levels of fitness and experience, you can conquer as many or as little as you feel comfortable with.

Remember to bring a towel and change of clothes for the way home!
