Course information
The Crawley course takes you on a journey through the beautiful Tilgate Park. The majority of the route is on flat park pathways around the lakes and woodland paths, some of which have a slight incline to challenge you for a great sense of achievement. The 10K is a double lap of the 5k route and with local supporters cheering you on, you are sure to have a great experience.
Please arrive 15 to 20minis before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time.
Please remember to bring your own water bottle already filled as there will be no bottled water provided at events. ScottishPower water refill stations will be available to use.
Meeting point
The start line is located on the grass between the Play park and Tilgate Lake.

Please use public transport where possible. There is limited parking available for this event in Gainsborough Field which is a short walk away from the main event site. Please note, you will be unable to drive through Tilgate park. For access to the parking please use Titmus Drive via Ashdown Drive where you will be directed by stewards.
We are no longer operating a park and ride service from the town centre, please see the metrobus website for local bus service options.
Designated cycle parking - there are 2 sets of cycle racks: 1 set with about 19 racks by the Smith and Western Pub and the other rack is set just past the coach parking with 10 racks.

The Crawley course is uneven with muddy pathways which are affected by the weather. This can cause the ground to become very boggy. For this reason we deem this event as unsuitable for wheelchair users.
