Course information

Please remember to bring your own water bottle already filled as there will be no bottled water provided at events. ScottishPower water refill stations will be available to use.

The Ipswich route takes in the whole showground and is fairly flat with the course on a mixture of grass and paths. The 3k course follows the first 1.5km of the 5k route before looping off round towards the finish.  It is a largely accessible route (there are long sections on grass), with many spectator viewpoints. There will be no water available on the 3k route, other than at the finish, so please bring your own bottle if you feel you will need it.

Please arrive 30 to 45mins before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time
