Meeting point

The start line is in the field behind Crossborough car park near the play park.

Please use public transport to get to the event as there is no parking on site. Please be aware that parking in Crossborough car park is for blue badge holders only.

Course information

The Basingstoke Pretty Muddy Kids route is around the war memorial park. Travelling along grass and country paths; this course is mostly flat but with mixed terrain and a small incline near the end. The Pretty Muddy Kids route is the same as the Pretty Muddy adults event. A parent or guardian are required to take part with children for Pretty Muddy Kids and stay with them throughout the course where possible. 1 adult can take part with up to 3 children. Adults must run alongside children, but not go on the obstacles themselves. Accompanying adults are required to wear the same running number as their children for safety reasons.

Unfortunately this event is not deemed suitable for wheelchair or pushchair users. The course is all on grass which can become boggy in poor weather and in some sections of the course there are narrow paths which are not suitable for wheelchairs or pushchairs.
