Race for Life Pretty Muddy Kids is our brilliant muddy obstacle course just for the little ones. They can take on the obstacles, crawl through the mud pit and have fun with friends, all the while helping raise valuable funds for life-saving research.

Please note, all children taking part must be at least 1.2m tall on day of event.

Meeting point

The start and finish area is on the grass alongside the south lake, between the splash park, One4Six cafe and Premier Inn.

There will be free parking for participants in Newlands, across Brickhill Street - just a few minute's walk from the start area. Please follow the temporary yellow signage to this event car park and then the footpath signs which will lead you to the event site. If this car park fills up, there will be space to park in the Willen Lake car parks, but please be aware that normal parking charges will apply.

Please car share where possible and consider using public transport.

Course information

This course travels around the scenic and lively Willen Lake pathways, taking in grass and woodland areas. There is plenty of variety and beautiful views around the course.

Adults accompanying children will walk or run alongside the course but will not be allowed to take part on the obstacles.

Remember to bring a towel and change of clothes for the way home!
