Ipswich Pretty Muddy Kids
Saturday 11 Sep 2021
£10.00 Children | £0.00 Supervising Adult
Race for Life Pretty Muddy Kids is our brilliant muddy obstacle course just for the little ones. They can take on the obstacles, crawl through the mud pit and have fun with friends, all the while helping raise valuable funds for life-saving research.
Please note, all children taking part must be at least 1.2m tall on day of event.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, we’ll be operating a staggered start time in 2021 to ensure your safety on event day. Additional start times may become available as and when needed.
The meeting point and start line is just to the left of the car park.
Please follow signs to Trinity Park and enter by the main entrance off the rounder belt. Follow signage and strewards directions and you will be parked ready for the event.
The Ipswich Pretty Muddy Kids route is a 5k course which runs mostly around the showground and is moderately flat. The route is on a mixture of grass and paths with lots of obstacles. Adults accompanying children will run alongside the course but will not be allowed to take part on the obstacles.
There are no changing or showering facilities at this event so you may wish to bring an old towel or similar for the journey home.
Due to the nature of the obstacles, this event is not suitable for wheelchair users.

Inviting your friends and family to support you on the day is a great idea, they can share in the joy with you as you cross the finish line and ring the bell. They can also help you with those important things, like holding your belongings whilst you walk, jog or run around the course!
Please note, whilst we hope we can open our events to families and friends supporting on the day, this may not be possible due to government guidelines around COVID-19. Please refer to the section ‘ how we are keeping you safe’ https://raceforlife.cancerresearchuk.org/your-safety for further updates.
