The Falmouth route follows the undulating road along the scenic coast towards Pendennis Castle and around Pendennis Head, before returning the same way. You couldn’t ask for more spectacular views.
The start line is across the entrance to the Gyllyngvase Beach car park. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, we’ll be operating a staggered start time in 2021 to ensure your safety on event day. Additional start times may become available as/when needed.
Event Car Parking is available at Swanpool Beach in return for a small donation to Cancer Research UK. Please follow signs on the day as some roads in the area will be closed for the event.
The nearest train station is Falmouth Town Station, which is approximately a 10 minute walk from the event area. The event area is also a short walk from various bus stops
This course is all solely on tarmac. There is no differentiation in the terrain. The event site is also on hardstanding. However due to some steep inclines on the route, assistance may be required for wheelchair users.

Please note, whilst we hope we can open our events to families and friends supporting on the day, this may not be possible due to government guidelines around COVID-19. We will update on this nearer the time.
We will be giving away bottled water at the finish line. But due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic and our plans to reduce single use plastics at our events we encourage participants to bring their own water or hydration fluids on the day.
