5k flat route along the promenade and beach starting and finishing at Newlyn Green - a new start and finish venue for 2021.
The start line is situated within Newlyn Green. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, we’ll be operating a staggered start time in 2021 to ensure your safety on event day. Additional start times may become available as/when needed.
Limited pay & display car parking available in Harbour Long Stay Car Park. There is also public car parking available in the nearby train station.
Penzance train station is a few minutes walk away, and there are bus stops nearby. Please go to https://www.firstgroup.com/cornwall for further information and bus times.
This course is a mixture of Terrains. The Event site is on grass so can become boggy and uneven in poor weather conditions. The main route is largely on tarmac, however there is a section of grass through Bolitho Gardens. The course is flat, but due to where the land varies this event is suitable for wheelchair users with assistance.
