Course information

The Cholmondeley Castle half marathon is a beautiful route taking in some of the best parts of the Cheshire estate. The course is described typically as a trail run due to the multi-terrain and soft undulating ground under foot. The route is a mixture of varied terrains with undulating paths and a few hill inclines. The route is mainly on estate grass land but does also include a few sections of multi terrain trails. The half marathon route is two laps of the 10K course, with a slight addition to make up the distance. This is without a doubt one of the most rewarding half marathon routes for any first timer with views all around.
