Course information

This is a beautiful course that follows the paths of Lee Valley Country Park. You’ll run alongside the River Lea and past the lakes and nature reserves that make up this picturesque country park. Whilst you will mostly run along paths, there is also a section of cross-country terrain. There will be no water available on the 5k route, other than at the finish, so please bring your own bottle if you feel you will need it.

Meeting point

The start line is located in the Showground area of the River Lee Country Park.  This is to the east of Lee Valley White Water Centre, just off the A121 Station Road.

If you are driving to the venue, please put postcode EN9 1AA into your SatNav and follow signage onto the event site.  Do not use the entrance to the Lee Valley White Water Centre (our entrance gate is slightly further along Station Road).  Please car share where possible.
