Life is worth Racing for. Enter Cancer Research UK’s Race for Life and raise money for life-saving cancer research.
Race for Life 3k is ideal for families or groups doing their first Race for Life. It's a fun, achievable and an unforgettable day out! Sign up as a group with friends and family, or go solo and join hundreds of people on the day. There's no pressure to finish in a certain time, so walk, jog or run at your own pace and enjoy the atmosphere. However you take part, you're helping to beat cancer.
Set within Graves Park, Sheffield, this 3k route winds through rolling parkland, mature woodland and open fields. Paved and compact paths offer gentle rises and dips, with wide views across the city and a peaceful, green setting throughout. The central start and finish area positioned on the grass near the animal park allows for a welcoming atmosphere and great spectator support.

Event Site:
The start and finish areas are on grass, which is sloped and can be soft underfoot. [In wet weather, the ground may become soft or muddy.]
Course:
The route includes a combination of hardstanding and grass paths.
In poor weather grass may become slippery.
There are also small inclines and declines throughout the course.
Parking:
Blue Badge parking is available, approximately 20m from the event site on hardstanding however these spot
