Life is worth Racing for. Enter Cancer Research UK’s Race for Life and raise money for life-saving cancer research.
Race for Life 10k is a more challenging event, but without any pressure. Take it at your own pace and enjoy the atmosphere, or push yourself a little more. The events are chip-timed, so you can find out if you’ve beaten your personal best! Sign up as a group with friends and family, or go solo and join hundreds of people on the day. However you take part, you’re helping to beat cancer.
The start and finish are on grass. The course is on a mix of tarmac, grass and cobbles. This route will take you through the city centre, past market square, through the grounds of Kings College, up to Stourbridge Common, along the River Cam before returning to Jesus Green.

Event Site:
The start and finish areas are on grass, which is flat and firm underfoot. In wet weather, the ground may become soft or muddy.
Course:
The route includes a mixture of paved pathways, cobbled streets and grassy terrain. It is a single lap with narrow sections with possible congestion.
In poor weather, grass may become muddy which could increase the level of assistance required.
Parking:
There is no dedicated bBlue Badge parking. Local car parks will have appiopiate parking nearby. See Travel Inf
