Course information

Sefton Park in Liverpool is a beautiful, expansive green space covering 235 acres. It features lush landscapes, serene lakes, and winding paths perfect for walking, jogging, or cycling, with plenty of wildlife and space to relax. Our 10k event takes in two 5k laps around the park. The course does have some undulations, although not significant, and is on a mixture of both gravel paths and grass. The grass sections can become boggy in wet weather.

How your support saves lives

Over the past 50 years, our work has helped double cancer survival in the UK.

Thanks to support from people like you, we've funded pioneering research to prevent, diagnose, and treat cancer. But our work isn't done yet. We want to bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.

The money you raise goes towards our research into more than 200 types of cancer. With you at the start line, just imagine how far we can go.
