3 kilometres is just under 2 miles and on average takes around 45 minutes to complete dependant on ability.
Our courses are measured using measuring wheels by our team of experienced Event Managers. Measuring wheels are the most accurate way of measuring course distances as they are not impacted by surrounding buildings or terrain, this is why the distance may be different from Garmin, Strava, Apple Watch & Fitbit technology.
