Delamere offers an invigorating route through its stunning shady oasis and it ideal for those who enjoy a bit more of challenge. Due to parts of the course being in the forest, it may become slightly muddy underfoot depending on recent weather conditions.
Please remember to bring your own water bottle already filled as there will be no bottled water provided at events. There will be a water refill station 1/2 around the course and a ScottishPower water refill station will be available to use at the finish.

The Delamere Forest 10k features undulating woodland pathways, stone paths and areas with a steep incline and decline, so those with accessibility issues would require assistance on the uneven surfaces. We would advise that our 10k course may be unsuitable for wheelchairs, mobility aids and pushchairs due to the woodland terrain.
If spectating, the event site is on hardstanding, but is surrounded by grass and fairly narrow, steep pathways. There is disabled parking available at the new visitor centre for spectators.
