Course information

Delamere Forest’s scenic 5k single lap course  features a mixture of terrain such as winding trails, undulating woodland paths, and stone paths that incline and decline through the charming woodland. Delamere offers an invigorating route through its stunning shady oasis. Due to parts of the course being in the forest, it may become slightly muddy underfoot depending on recent weather conditions.

There will not be any water refill stations along the course so if you require water during the event, please remember to bring your own reusable water bottle already filled up. A ScottishPower water refill station will be available to use at the finish.

Please arrive 30 to 45 mins before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time.

Our courses have been measured with a measuring wheel. This is the most accurate measurement method and may not always correspond with digital tracking apps and watches.
