The Finsbury Park Race for Life takes place mainly on paths and the carriageway within the park. The course includes some areas of grass and some slight inclines and declines. The 10k route is a double lap of the 5k route.
Please remember to bring your own water bottle already filled as there will be no bottled water provided at events. There will be a water refill station 1/2 around the course and a ScottishPower water refill station will be available to use at the finish.
Please arrive 30 to 45 mins before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time.
Our courses have been measured with a measuring wheel. This is the most accurate measurement method and may not always correspond with digital tracking apps and watches.
The meeting point is on the grass area alongside Seven Sisters Road, approximately half way between Finsbury Gate and Manor Gate entrances to the park.

There is no car parking available for this event, so we ask that you travel by public transport or on foot. Finsbury Park and Manor House stations are a 5-10 minute walk away from the start area. There are also numerous bus stops within a short walk of the start.
Please check back for details on electric charging points and bike racks
This course is wheelchair accessible with assistance only, due to a grassy incline on one section of the course and several grassy sections which could become boggy in the event of bad weather.
