Course information

The start and finish is on tarmac on Spernen Wyn Road outside the entrance to Gyllynvase Car Park.
The course is on tarmac on the roads throughout Falmouth town centre. The 10k is a double lap route.

Please remember to bring your own water bottle already filled as there will be no bottled water provided at events. There will be a water refill station 1/2 around the course and a ScottishPower water refill station will be available to use at the finish.

Please arrive 30 to 45mins before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time.

Our courses have been measured with a measuring wheel.  This is the most accurate measurement method and may not always match up with fitbits, strava and Apple watches.  Remember to follow the route carefully and don't cut corners as that will alter the distance you cover!
