It starts on the Showground, makes the most of some of the lovely wide walk ways surrounding the park and takes in many of the beautiful tree-lined paths within the park - these trees are usually in blossom when Race for Life takes place and it is stunning. It finishes back in the Showground.
The 10k covers mainly two laps of the 5k course, going back into the showground inbetween laps - which is great for that half way encouragement from the spectators in the showground.
