This course is mainly on tarmac pathways through the park with a small amount on grass. It starts on the Showground, makes the most of some of the lovely wide walk ways surrounding the park and takes in many of the beautiful tree-lined paths within the park, finishing back in the Showground. Much of the 3k route will take place within the park itself, following the first part of the route alongside the 5k course before looping back towards the finish.
There will not be any water refill stations along the course so if you require water during the event, please remember to bring your own reusable water bottle already filled up. You will be able to refill this at the refill station when you finish.
Please arrive 30 to 45 mins before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time.
Our courses have been measured with a measuring wheel. This is the most accurate measurement method and may not always correspond with digital tracking apps and watches.
The start line is on the main showground area in Harlow Town Park.
If using what3words, enter ///noble.sizes.jokes in the free app, to find the exact starting point.
