Course information

The start and finish are on grass. The course terrain is predominantly path with just one 50m section across grass. The route includes a 200m uphill stretch. The 10k course is a double lap.

Our courses are accurately measured with a measuring wheel, which may differ from GPS devices. Please follow the designated route closely to maintain the intended distance; cutting corners will affect your distance covered.
